I’m Rebecca, and I’m the founder of Halo Paramedical.

I specialise in paramedical tattooing, including 3D nipple and areola restoration, scar camouflage, and pigment balancing. Each treatment is tailored carefully and delivered with sensitivity, discretion, and medical-grade standards of hygiene.

Based in North Wales and serving clients across the North West, I’m a qualified Healthcare Professional with more than a decade of experience working in operating theatres; I support people through surgery, recovery, and some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Halo was created as an extension of that work, a space where clinical expertise meets compassion, artistry, and care.
